My background is in behaviour. At university, I studied
zoology and went on to do a PhD in animal behaviour. Since then, I have
worked in mainstream management consultancy, helping create organisations in
which people lead more fulfilling lives and achieve things that they never
expected to - in business jargon, this is Organisation Development (OD).
As a part of my own development, and to support my work with
organisations, I studied counselling and then psychotherapy before deciding
to enrol for the New Seminary (Oxford) training.

Since then I have worked especially with individuals and
couples and find we usually build a close bond as we focus on real life
issues together.
As well as coaching managers in organisations, I am a sports
coach - working with swimmers of all ages and abilities. I find the two have
useful lessons to teach each other!
I have a particularly strong interest in applying my interfaith training
to some of the global issues confronting us; especially those that lead to
suffering and the oppression of others.
